Title: Claims Consultant – Property & Casualty Insurance
Location: Bucks County, PA (HYBRID)
Salary: $120,000k - $140,000k bonus Profit Sharing
Summary:
Our client, a top privately held Property & Casualty Insurance Broker, is a seeking to hire an experienced Property & Casualty Claims Consultant to join their growing team in their Bucks County, PA office. Responsibilities include providing high level support, including technical knowledge to the claim consulting team in the daily advocacy and consulting service to the commercial insurance lines division’s customers. MUST have prior experience with Workers’ Compensation coverage! Excellent compensation package as well as a holistic benefits package offered.

Responsibilities:
- Perform coverage analysis, investigation, liability and potential exposure analysis
- Manage and monitor claims team to ensure prompt and accurate claims processing
- Follow up on first party and liability claims as needed or required.
- Provide claims assistance to the Consultant and Account Executive Teams in support of the Insurance Renewal process.
- Recommend needed coverages or risk management techniques to producer.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding insurance claims
- Provide claims information needed to improve renewal marketing and services consistent with plan for service tiers.
- Liaise with insurance adjusters and investigators to manage claims
- Identify trends and patterns in claims for management review
- Influencing and negotiation skills; proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
- Proactively monitor claims activity, action plans and reserves, drives outcomes and facilitates resolutions.
- Assist in reviewing the client’s current claims’ management program, including carrier, third-party administrator, third party vendors, adjuster contracts and internal processes and provide advice on enhancements.
- Assist in Developing and Implementing Special Consulting Services to be provided to Clients and Prospects.
Qualifications:
- Agency/Broker claims experience.
- College Degree or college courses preferred.
- 5 - 10 years prior claims experience which includes agency experience.
- Knowledge of basic office computer programs.
- Knowledge of large deductible/retention insurance programs.
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
