We are seeking a talented Client Experience Lead to join our team at QUAD, a SolomonEdwards Company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team, ensuring that all interactions with customers meet our high standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing experience, specifically in customer service and forecasting. They will also have experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights, as well as managing new business and trial processes.
You will be responsible for overseeing and adjusting customer raw forecasts, maintaining line loading balance through transitions coordination, and monitoring vendor-managed inventory. Furthermore, you will coordinate inventory vs. forecast issues and work on ad-hoc executive projects as needed.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is required, as is excellent analytical abilities and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both customers and team members.
