Controller
QUAD is seeking a Controller for our Willow Grove, PA area client. Hybrid work environment. Open to relocation assistance!
The Controller will report to the CEO and have five direct reports. The role will be responsible for oversight of day to day financial accounting functions. Seeking a hands on leader, ideally within the healthcare or non profit industries. MUST come from Senior Living or a hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
The Controller will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all accounting department activities, including external audits and financial statements and reporting packages
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders on new reports and tools development
- Ensuring accurate processing of payroll, expense reports, and account payable
- Assisting with accounts receivables activities coordination
- Ensuring income tax compliance
- Managing financial management reports and statements, as well as closings coordination
Skills/ Competencies:
The ideal Controller will possess these skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5 years financial management experience
- MUST come from Senior Living or a hospital environment
- Accounting software and financial analysis proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment
Additional Details:
Salary: To $130k 10% bonus
Employment Type: Direct Hire
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
