At QUAD, a SolomonEdwards Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to oversee the customer service department operations and ensure effectively handled customer interactions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing data analysis and providing customer forecasting guidance, managing new business and trial processes, overseeing and adjusting customer raw forecasts, maintaining line loading balance through transitions coordination, regularly monitoring vendor-managed inventory, coordinating inventory vs. forecast issues, and handling ad-hoc executive projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer service department operations, ensuring appropriately handled customer interactions
