Customer Service Manager
Our client, a respected and well-established manufacturing organization located in Mountain Top, PA, is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team. Manufacturing experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing customer service department operations, ensuring appropriately handled customer interactions
- Performing data analysis and providing customer forecasting guidance
- Managing new business and trial process
- Overseeing and adjusting customer raw forecast
- Maintaining line loading balance through transitions coordination
- Regular monitoring vendor manage inventory
- Coordinating inventory vs. forecast issues
- Ad hoc executive projects
Skills/Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Manufacturing experience required
- 5 years customer service and forecasting experience
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both customers and team members
- Excellent analytical abilities
Additional Details:
Salary: $95-$115k bonus
Employment Type: direct hire
