Responsibilities:
As a Health and Welfare Solutions Specialist at QUAD, you will be responsible for managing a book of business comprised of clients located locally and nationally. This includes designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of an employer-sponsored benefits program.
You will work closely with clients to develop and execute strategic plans, provide expert advice on benefits administration, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.
- Acting as the subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits and vendor/carrier products and services.
