Health and Welfare Solutions Manager Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day service delivery of a book of business focused on large market space (250-12k in lives) at QUAD. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing employer-sponsored benefits programs, including designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of such programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive client strategies, incorporating insights from market trends, legislative changes, and industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, and Health Care Reform.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting client expectations, and driving business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (strongly preferred)
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License
- Proven experience in managing a book of business and leading client-facing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to client sites in the region
