We are looking for a highly skilled Process Engineer Manager to join our team at QUAD, a SolomonEdwards Company. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively identify and resolve process issues, track and improve process areas downtime, and oversee capital spending oversight.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reliability improvements development and implementation, overseeing root cause failure analysis, and developing cost reduction and profit improvement KPIs. A strong understanding of project management, process control systems, and automation is necessary, as well as excellent communication skills and knowledge of PLC programming and operations.
