Responsibilities :
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and setup time while reducing scrap.
- Lead product trials, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support operators as needed.
- Collaborate across teams to monitor process inputs and implement controls to reduce variability.
- Manage product lifecycles, update BOMs, and coordinate production releases.
- Support QA, material qualification, and case resolution efforts.
