Real Estate Tax Director
QUAD is currently seeking a Real Estate Tax Director for a growing, PE owned Philadelphia, PA firm. In office 5 days a week – local candidates only.
Role will be responsible for oversight of tax books and records and management of tax returns and third party tax reporting.
Responsibilities of the Real Estate Tax Director
- Reviewing financial information
- Assisting with accounting department hiring and training
- Responding to tax related inquiries
- Collaboration with external tax accountants on timely tax reporting completion
- Performing tax research
- Completing debt covenant calculations
- Supporting new system enhancements and implementations
- Ensuring internal controls compliance
Requirements of the Real Estate Tax Director
- CPA required
- Real estate industry experience
- Experience with tax compliance and GAAP vs. tax account conversion and reconciliation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Advanced Excel proficiency
Additional Details:
Salary: To $175k bonus
Employment Type: Direct Hire
