Senior Auditor
Our established, very successful and growing financial services client in the King of Prussia, PA area is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their team. They offer amazing work life balance, no travel, career paths outside of audit, tons of exposure to senior management, and high visibility.
The Senior Auditor will be responsible for internal audits activities execution, as well as risk identification, controls evaluation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Auditor will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of SOX program documentation, including testing and controls evaluations
- Performing interview controls documentation review and identifying controls, and creating, planning, and coordinating testing
- Completing audits aimed at internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management processes design and effectiveness
- Creating and executing audit plans
- Evaluating financial information integrity and compliance
- Identifying improvement areas and recommendations
Skills/ Competencies:
The ideal Senior Auditor will possess these skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 2-4 years audit in a public accounting firm; clients can be any industry
- CPA, or CIA preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
