Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Branch Manager to join our Retail team! The preferred candidate for this position will possess the ability to achieve success by modeling leadership excellence as an independent contributor with minimal direct supervision and oversight, as well as a collaborative teammate within QCBT's Retail Department, all QCBT internal and external clients and partners, and the QCRH organization as a whole.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and three to five years of leadership and banking experience is highly desired, or associate degree and in-depth working knowledge and proven experience in various banking roles plus demonstrating professional history of continual improvement and lifelong learning. Other professional experience that would be considered attractive might include Hospitality Management, Big Box Retail Management, Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management, or former successful business owner and operator. Background, experience, and the ability to create value are also strong considerations.
