Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Loan Support Specialist to join our team! The preferred candidate for this position will possess the ability to achieve success as an independent contributor with minimal direct supervision and oversight, as well as a collaborative teammate within QCBT's Credit Administration Department. The Loan Support Specialist provides support and services for all loan administrative items: the maintenance and processing of current customer portfolios, maintains loan files and clearing ticklers, contributes to cultivating, expanding, and enhancing client relationships by providing a consistent quality level of service and an excellent client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of banking, customer service, or data processing experience.
