What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Quad City Bank & Trust?
Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! Responsible for supporting internal and external marketing and communications efforts through content creation for various media channels and providing assistance for special events. Must have a working knowledge of "brand" strategies and tactics and will be instrumental in helping the bank maintain brand integrity across all platforms. In addition, this person will be involved in the creation of client communication through numerous digital and print facets.
Ideal candidates would have bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office suite - experience with Microsoft Publisher. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred, but not required. Prior experience in social media planning and execution preferred. Prior experience in website management preferred. Must be self-motivated and a team player with positive and inclusive attitude. May be required to work at occasional events after hours. Strong interpersonal communication skills - both written and oral Must have strong attention to detail. Must have ability to work with wide variety of personnel and teams, both internal and external. Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs., may entail long periods of sitting and standing, and may require climbing stairs and walking long distances as part of event set up.
