What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Teller position at Quad City Bank & Trust?
Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for 3 Summer Tellers to join our Retail team during the summer months! The QCBT Summer Teller program gives students the opportunity to gain practical, challenging and meaningful on-the-job work experience in an environment where relationships are essential. Each Summer Teller will focus on learning the Teller position, will spend some time on the Account Executive side of Retail, and will also be given an opportunity to talk with members of other departments of QCBT to better understand how each function impacts the bank. Giving back to our community is a core value for QCBT, so each Summer Teller will also have the opportunity to support a local non-profit organization.
Ideal candidates would have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous cash handling experience, ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment, and possess superior interpersonal relation skills with excellent communication skills. Position requires extended periods of standing, and candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
