Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Treasury Management Specialist to join our Treasury team! The primary responsibilities of the position includes assisting commercial clients and relationship officers with Deposit and Treasury Management service-related issues. Individuals in this position must have a thorough understanding of all Bank products and services, specializing in Commercial and Treasury Management services. The individual in this position will also be responsible for building, maintaining, and deepening client relationships. In addition, they must possess the ability to manage a variety of tasks and work in a very interactive and professional environment.
Ideal candidates will have a college diploma or equivalent experience of 2-4 years of banking experience, strong computer skills with a focus on Excel worksheets, using multiple data sources, and pivot tables, obtain excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritize work tasks based on customer needs. Along with the ability to identify process improvements, recognize and react quickly to problems.
