Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Trust Administrative Assistant to join our Trust team! This position exists to provide administrative support for the Wealth Management & Trust Services department at Quad City Bank & Trust Company. The administrative assistant supports officers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and is often responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. The incumbent is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures; has the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality, in a timely manner.
This is an on-site position with an annual range of $41,000-$60,000.
Ideal candidates will have excellent time management skills, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work. Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently. Excellent human relations skills to deal effectively with clients in person or over the telephone. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of exercising discretion, applying common sense, and using independent judgment. Ability to work and collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and professional manner while appreciating the unique contribution of individuals from varied cultures, race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Trust accounting systems experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
