- WORK LIFE BALANCE: In addition to a ten-month school year during which our staff are offered on average 33 days off (approximately 7 weeks) for scheduled holidays and school breaks, we provide generous preparation periods throughout each week, limiting the number of after work hours you will need to work — so that you can live the life you wish for — inside and outside of our school. Additionally, our students are dismissed midday each Friday in order for you to meet with your team, plan, and prep.

- Provide milieu-based support throughout the school day to monitor and address student behavior
- Provide support to students, teachers and clinicians regarding student needs, staff and student safety, and assisting with positive behavior interventions
- Individual would report to the Assistant Head of School
- Support student arrival, lunch and dismissal processes
- Uphold program-wide student positive behavior plans and school safety protocols
- Support teaching and clinical staff in managing student behavior and following Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) protocols during crises
- Take direction from clinical team and administration to support student interventions
- Assist clinical team in the implementation of bullying protocols and restitution tasks
- The process includes, but may not be limited to:communicating reason for behavioral consequence with the student, supporting reintegration into the room, assisting with de-escalation of dysregulated students
- Participate in staff and team meetings regularly to communicate student needs and progress
- Serve as collaborator with all staff; keep personnel informed of relevant information regarding students
- Conduct daily walk throughs of the campus to ensure school expectations are being met
- Work with staff and students to promote building maintenance and cleanliness, emphasizing executive functioning strategies and supports for student skill-building
- Work cooperatively with school administrators, special support personnel, colleagues, and parents to deliver a fully-integrated, student-centered learning environment for each individual learner;
- Participate in all training and staff development modules, including reading required books and articles on cutting-edge 2E and other educational developments;
- Must be able to use GSuite, specifically Google Drive
