Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure digital signage, networking equipment, and STCs in retail stores.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely and on-site.
- Utilize automated alerts and diagnostics to identify technical problems and implement solutions.
- Provide real-time in-store support on work orders assigned by support teams.
Requirements:
