The Quad East Coast Supercenter in Westampton, NJ is seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our team.
Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for operating the HP Indigo 12000 digital press and ensuring the highest quality product is produced at the lowest possible cost while meeting or exceeding customer requirements and following company policies and procedures.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of printing experience related to Digital or Offset Printing, with expertise in AQ (aqueous/water-based) and UV coaters. Additionally, they will have experience with four-color process printing and be able to make color adjustments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the HP Indigo 12000 digital press and ensure quality control
- Select substrates used for specific jobs
- Maintain quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Customers to ensure quality output
- Provide demonstrations to customers on a routine basis
We offer a competitive salary range of $23-$30 per hour, depending on experience. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work extra hours required to meet time-sensitive deadlines when necessary.
