The Customer Account Manager is responsible for optimizing the customer and company strategies across the platform to achieve all objectives and outcomes.
This position is on-site, in office at our West Allis, WI plant location.

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for optimizing the customer and company strategies across the platform to achieve all objectives and outcomes.
This position is on-site, in office at our West Allis, WI plant location.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate overall production of customer requirements, from receipt of order through final shipment
- Ensure projects are managed correctly, efficiently, and meeting customer requirements.
- Effectively communicate with sales and customers
- Create detailed production tickets, press layouts, packing and fulfillment instructions
- Work with internal purchasing to guarantee materials including substrates, hardware and dies will be on time per schedule
- Serve as contact with sales and the customer along with various operational areas including but not limited to Scheduling, Purchasing, Prepress, Press, Finishing, Kitting, Fulfillment and Distribution
- Assist in trouble shooting and monitoring job progress through final invoice
- Education: High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in customer service or print environment preferred
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and balance a number of Customer Accounts
- Ability to successfully analyze problems, drawing valid conclusions and make recommendations
- Ability to travel in and out-of-state to customers for onsite consultation
- Proficient with math applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of print industry and processes
