What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst (Robotic Process Automation) position at Quadax?
Overview :
The RPA Analyst will assist in the advancement of Quadaxs RPA initiative. Individual will have proven skills to successfully interact with business units to identify opportunities for automation, possess the skills to validate these opportunities, help document requirements, create project specifications, program and ensure successfully implementation of RPA solutions. Ideally, this individual will have background working in and possess strong knowledge of best practices used within a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) production operation. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities :
- Work as part of a team and utilize their RCM experience to identify opportunities for automation
- Define, document and translate business requirements to RPA solutions
- Help establish the foundation for an RPA center of excellence
- Coordinate and lead multiple RPA projects with internal and external outside developers including assisting with scope and task plan development, providing input to automation requirements, and developing process flow charts and reports on project status
- Deploy, support RPA solutions running on Quadaxs RPA platform
- Act as RPA Process Controller monitoring RPA solutions implemented, troubleshooting and making coding changes when needed
- Participate in evaluating emerging technologies as it relates to automation
- Other duties as assigned
