Overview: Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is seeking a Product Manager to join our Team and help us create the best Revenue Cycle Optimization (RCO) solution in the industry. In this role you will be responsible for the Patient Engagement portion of our overall solution, in addition to print and mail as whole for Quadax. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure the maximum value of the Patient Access delivery team
- Work closely with Product Management Team members, clients and other subject matter experts to design superior business requirements to solve for client pain points
- Coordinate documentation, meetings, and resources around product backlog items
- Define feature-level requirements, including acceptance criteria
- Engage in cross-company initiatives
- Help drive in-sprint work in collaboration with Business Analyst and Scrum Master
- Learn and vet Revenue Cycle solutions that should be considered for integration within the Quadax solution set.
- Conduct product overviews and demonstrations to internal staff as well as current and prospective clients
- Develop and recommend best practice use of assigned software applications
- Work with other departments to develop new processes to properly test, support, and implement products, establishing benchmarks, deadlines and deliverables
- As new products mature, Product Managers are responsible for transitioning implementations to implementation and service teams and assisting in developing an implementation process that will reside with implementation while transitioning product support to service
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, but 5 years’ experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle will also be considered
- Experience in business analysis or in an agile software environment preferred (1 years)
- Strong technical skills – Ability to understand how systems/applications work
- Comfortable speaking to small and large groups
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to set and follow priorities and effective time management
- Knowledge of the front-end Healthcare Revenue Cycle
