Pay: $35.00 Per Hour

MUST:
Experienced Business Analyst
Active Secret clearance required
2 years of experience in eliciting requirements and testing
2 years of experience developing process models and activity diagrams to model business system elements and data flow, using MS Visio
5 years of increasingly responsible full-time experience performing business analysis and project management duties
5 years of experience in eliciting requirements and testing
5 years of experience in analyzing data to draw relevant business conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
5 years of experience in understanding SQL queries
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
Bachelors degree preferred

DUTIES:
Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
Assist with project management for DOD projects
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
Review reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
Help design, document and maintain system processes
Report on common sources of issues or questions and make recommendations to the team
Stay vigilant for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
