MUST :
Experienced in Client Relations
5 plus years of customer service
Must have at least 2 - 4 years of experience
Strong communication skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Experience in sales and negotiation
DUTIES :
Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service
Manage customer interactions, questions and complaints across all channels
Retain and build long term relationships
Identify and analyze customer needs and expectations
Work with sales agents in order to improve the customers experience
Monitor business competitors
