MUST:
Experienced Customer Support Specialist
1 to 5 year Customer Support Specialist from a product /systems/banking, finance, call center background
Must be advanced skill set with Microsoft office products - Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
Must be high energy skill set used to high volume and fast paced
Must have exceptional communication skills, written and over the phone - excellent customer service skills - via phone and email.
Knowledge of IT systems, Windows, Microsoft products.
Ability to organize workflows to support multiple Sales Representatives from quoting to invoicing and collections.
Time management skills , ability to multi process and pivot quickly
Positive attitude.
BS Degree preferred
DUTIES:
This position is responsible for ITES product adds, processing sales orders, customer and vendor invoices and customer service for multiple sales representatives.
Candidate must be able to work through different areas of order management.
Functioning under general supervision in accordance with established policies/procedures, he or she is accountable directly for area sales operations,
working with our sales operations team, providing documentation for high volume of order processing, order management, invoicing requests, expired products & backorders, process customer orders,
consolidate orders and quotes, track order status, generate invoicing and payment requests.
Maintain contracts databases.
Assisting in the review and approval of vendor invoices.
