Full lifecycle Technical Recruiter /Veterans Administration

MUST:
Experienced VA Technical Recruiter
3-5 years of full lifecycle Technical recruiting experience with specific experience recruiting for VA roles
Success in recruiting both technical and operational positions
Proven Experience Recruiting For Veteran’s Affairs Required
Demonstrated deep knowledge of advanced recruiting techniques, including standard and non-standard recruiting methods, internet mining, direct sourcing, and networking with referrals for leads
Prior experience in the recruitment of candidates with VA Public trust clearances highly preferred
Ability to work independently
Work with hiring managers on their open positions
Ability to prioritize open positions and minimize time to hire
Ability to work beyond regular schedule hours
Good communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office suite and experience working with major job boards
Bachelors required
DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will be brought on to help with recruiting efforts for new and existing contracts
Help bolster recruiting efforts and work with staffing partners to move candidates through the recruiting process quickly and efficiently
Perform consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring that support a highly positive candidate experience
Partner with HR team in all areas pertaining to the attraction and retention of highly skilled employees.
Manage and maintain all applicant records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with OFCCP, EEOC and other Federal or State guidelines
Keep others apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to hiring manager and stakeholders, networking cross-functionally, and influencing peers, hiring managers, etc.
Solve problems and produce solutions by offering suggestions, new ideas, or alternatives to improve or modify work processes; respond to urgent needs for information and analyses and request data or help from others as needed
Manage offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines
Perform full lifecycle recruiting of candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships
Maintain our applicant tracking system with accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and candidate sourcing
