3 Years of Help Desk Experience
Microsoft Windows Experience
Microsoft SQL Server Experience
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Experience
Microsoft Active Directory Experience
Basic networking protocols Experience
Electronic Security System experience - ACS, IDS, CCTV
Remote Desktop experience
DUTIES:
responsible for the research and development of solutions to new or unknown issues and working with the development team to analyze the code and data using information from Tier 1 and Tier 3.
Perform basic Software repair
Perform Diagnostic Testing
Utilize Remote Access tools for remote repair
Provide operations center support to video management systems, access control systems, SNMP devices
