MUST:
2 years of experience as a Physicians Assistant
Must have experience working in a specialty environment, urology is a plus
Must be licensed in Virginia
Must have DEA
Have high energy and positive attitude
DUTIES:
The Physicians Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Perform thorough patient history and physical assessment
Diagnose and administer appropriate treatment to assigned patients
Serve as a consultant and resource of advanced nursing knowledge and skills to those involved directly or indirectly with patient care
Assesses normal and abnormal findings from history, physical examination and diagnostic reports
Working with Testosterone Replacement: Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
Working with Erectile Dysfunction: Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix
Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans. Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a huge plus.
