Radiology Technologist - Interventional Radiology

MUST:
1 years of experience as a radiology tech
ARRT Certification preferred
Experience with C-Arm and Ultrasound equipment
Experience assisting in interventional radiology procedures
Experience monitoring and overseeing equipment
Interventional Radiology certificate preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
BLS
DUTIES:
Review procedure orders to determine materials and supplies needed
Explain procedure s to patient s
Prepare patients for procedures
Set up procedure room with necessary equipment
Draw up Intravenous medication
Enter patient data into C-Arm
Processes X-ray images and save
Attend meetings with physicians
Enter CPT and ICD-9 codes for billing and ensure accuracy
Maintain and order supplies
