MUST :
Professional Registered Nurse with a current MA state Nursing license.
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a nursing environment.
Minimum of three years of outpatient clinical experience.
BLS Certification (Required)
Registered Nurse (Required)
Bachelor s, or Associate s Degree in Nursing
Epic EMR Experience
DUTIES :
Defines and maintains the standards of nursing practice in the practice.
Oversees the daily operations of the clinical team.
Conducts performance evaluations for clinical staff. Initiates the development of policies and procedures that govern nursing services and other services under his or her supervision.
Verifies employee credentials under his or her position supervision.
Coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals
Provides ongoing training and support to clinical staff
Collaborates with other departments and agencies regarding resources and services for improved patient care and staff development.
Serves as a spokesperson for nursing matters and represents the practice with professional nursing and related organizations.
Participates in meetings and committees.
Encourages and supports research and improvement studies that can make meaningful contributions to the quality and economy of nursing services.
Addresses issues and concerns within the clinical team.
Maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Manage clinical schedules and staffing levels.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
