Job Title: Delivery Head /Technical Delivery lead/PM – DevSecOps Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- DevSecOps Engineering Management:
- Drive strategic initiatives for CI/CD pipelines, IaC, telemetry & monitoring, and security test orchestration.
- Provide AWS cloud infrastructure support for Java, .NET, and Node.js application teams.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Implement Rhythm of Business (ROB) frameworks for planning and tracking initiatives using JIRA and Agile Scrum practices.
- Enterprise Support Management:
- Manage DevSecOps enterprise support operations using ServiceNow and JIRA Service Management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with Enterprise Architecture, Platform, and Security teams to define and enforce best practices.
- Tooling and Migration Initiatives:
- Lead enterprise tool migrations, including transitions to new CI/CD management platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8 years in project management roles within DevSecOps, cloud, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum, CI/CD tools, and AWS solutions.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Prometheus, and ServiceNow.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications are a plus.
Nice to have:
Pre-Sales experience
1. Experience in working in RFPs for large customers that includes, proposal review, solution building, proposal writing, Oral presentations, Due-Diligence, Contract writing, Sales to Delivery handover etc.
2. Experience in working Delivery-Led sales inside one account that includes, Understanding customer’s need and budget, preparing solutions, presentation and contracting.
Salary : $100 - $130
