Delivery Manager/ Head AI, Data Science & Engineering & Fabric

Job Description:
Quadrant Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in AI, Data Science, and Engineering to lead and oversee global projects, ensuring successful execution both offshore and onsite. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, data analytics platforms, and engineering methodologies, having contributed to or managed at least two recent projects in this domain. As a Delivery Manager, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also identifying new business opportunities to contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global AI, Data Science, and Engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements, leveraging AI-driven tools, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize project efficiency and delivery.
• Ensure project delivery timelines are met while managing scope, budget, and stakeholder expectations. Focus on maintaining project health through data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
• Develop detailed project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with advanced data analytics, AI models, and engineering best practices.
• Provide high-level technical direction to teams working on AI, Data Science, and Engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and addressing any technical challenges.
• Manage cross-functional teams consisting of AI scientists, data engineers, and developers, fostering collaboration between onsite and offshore resources.
• Oversee Project Management, Client Engagement, Account Management, and Resource Planning for multiple projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and driving continuous improvement.
• Effectively manage budgets while ensuring that projects are executed within financial constraints, identifying opportunities to optimize costs through innovative AI and data-driven solutions.
• Foster team and organizational growth, focusing on skill development in AI, Data Science, and Engineering, encouraging continuous learning, and driving resource utilization.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AI and Data Science domains, leveraging technical expertise to bring in additional projects and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive AI, Data Science, and Engineering teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in AI, Data Science, and Engineering, with a deep understanding of the latest technologies and tools used in the industry.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and tools to manage AI, Data Science, and Engineering projects effectively.
• Proven experience in resource planning, budget management, and project execution for complex technical projects.
• Ability to give high-level technical direction and provide mentorship to AI, Data Science, and Engineering teams while ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong problem-solving and business development acumen, with the ability to identify and leverage new business opportunities in the AI and Data Science domains.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data engineering principles and technologies like Python, SQL, Spark, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with AI model development, data science methodologies, and integration of AI technologies into production systems.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and deploying AI applications at scale.
• Expertise in Fabric, including its data engineering and analytics capabilities, to manage and process large-scale data workloads efficiently.
