Key Responsibilities :
- Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and API documentation.
- Create and maintain markdown-based documentation in Git repositories for internal and external users.
- Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other technical teams to gather information and transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand written content.
- Develop structured and organized documentation that adheres to company standards and best practices.
- Continuously update and refine existing documentation to ensure its relevance and accuracy as the product evolves.
- Review and edit content created by other team members for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and workflows.
- Contribute to the version control process, including managing pull requests, reviewing commits, and ensuring proper documentation versioning.
