Current or recent security clearance
5 years strong experience in an dministrative or supervisory role.
Must have experience and strong understanding of government contracting
Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, clerical / Administrative knowledge.
Some HR knowledge would be helpful.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
DUTIES :
The Office Manager will be responsible for an onsite staff and will be required to work onsite as well at the located in Rockville, MD.
The Office Manager will coordinate with the government COR to meet the requirements set forth in the contract.
The Office Manager will also provide guidance and oversight to additional contract personnel located at located in multiple sites across the United States.
The Office Manager will Overseeing the work of all employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
Flexibility to help employees adjust to new tasks should customer needs change
Managing employee time and attendance
Leadership and team building skills
Addressing employee concerns and resolving issues
