MUST :
Experienced Enterprise Architect
Eligible for Public Trust Clearance
20 years of overall Technical experience
5 years of experience implementing enterprise architecture in the Federal space
5 years of project or program management experience is desired
Strong experience with IT Governance and architecture transformation efforts
Experience with TOGAF
Experience with the management and design of technologies (Hardware & software), applications, operational procedures, and data management for the team both the virtually and onsite
Excellent communications both written and verbal skills
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to multitask multiple aspects of the mission
Excellent people skills and client facing skills
PMP Certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
DUTIES :
The ideal candidate will be supporting the government in the development of an enterprise-level architectural framework and establishing models to implement the delivery of enterprise-level information technology services and products utilizing a Shared Service approach
Leading the assessment of the current-state and future-state reference architecture that supports this Federal Client's IT strategies and priorities while determining which efforts are out of scope with IT Architecture Principles
The ideal candidate will provide assistance to the Federal CIO and help with the drafting, updating, and maintaining multi-year strategic plans
Engaging with industry and client stakeholders to assist in identifying and recommending solutions to eliminate gaps, duplications, or incompatibilities among program and technologies
Conducting gap analysis and developing a strategic roadmap to support cloud operations and achieve the future-state, including both short-term and long-term plans to include
Managing the development of performance measures related to IT strategy
Leading the project management of all enterprise architecture support
Creating blueprints, recommendations, and actionable roadmaps for the future of the client's IT architecture
Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
