DUTIES :
When our software releases, you'll be crucial in coordinating and ensuring the smooth deployment of new technologies, managing communication between development teams and clients, and addressing any inquiries or feedback. This role involves close collaboration to maintain alignment on requirements, schedules, and updates, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Working with external contractors
Briefing customers on progress to include roadblocks and ways forward
Providing updates and feedback to customers
