MUST:
Experienced Medical Receptionist with medical call center and high volume phone experience
3 years of private practice medical office experience
Experience working in a primary care office a plus
Experience working in a fast paced multi-provider office
Comfortable working in a medical call center
Strong scheduling experience
Experience verifying and updating patient information in ECW
Strong customer service support
Ability to triage phone calls
Handle translations for bilingual Spanish patients
DUTIES:
Answer a high volume of phone calls
Schedule appointments
Verify and update patient information in ECW EMR
Provide personal attention and support to patients
Answer questions regarding practice sites
