Position Summary:
QRG is seeking a Leasing Assistant to assist in the overall support within the company's Property Management & Leasing department.
The Leasing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Leasing and Management departments within QRG to help stay organized, schedule appointments and complete tasks in a time-efficient manner. The core duties and responsibilities of an Leasing Assistant revolve around supporting the departments executives and directors.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Coordinate and schedule appointments
Coordinate signatures/approvals in accordance with the company process
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
Create and maintain filing/data systems
Assist in data entry and internal audits
Assist in arranging company gatherings
Oversee management of the office and supplies
Assist in special projects in individual departments
Required Skills:
Ability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative in projects and tasks
A high degree of integrity
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Success in multi-tasking while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both in written format and oral presentation
Maintaining personal skills and establishing relationships to advance professional networks and facilitate
communication both within and outside the company
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Costar and InDesign experience is a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Spanish language proficiency is a plus
