Position Summary :
QRG is seeking a Leasing Associate to help oversee the residential leasing of its portfolio of Minnesota properties.
The Leasing Associate will be responsible for the residential leasing of the portfolio, including but not limited to, coordinating move in / outs, showing units, managing listing / social media platforms, drafting leases / renewals, marketing, negotiating with tenants, and other tasks and responsibilities typically required in a leasing role. Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships
- To be the primary contact for all potential tenant inquiries
- To be on site at properties for showings and tours
- To coordinate photographers and videographers for the marketing of the property
- To work collaboratively with all other Quadrel Realty Group associates and property managers to execute the project leasing in an organized and effective manner
- To maintain a high awareness of the local market and competing properties, including touring such properties and maintain a database of rents and concessions offered
- Be familiar with local neighborhood / community services and amenities that might be of interest to prospective tenants
- Be thoroughly familiar with all building amenities, unit plans, finishes, and unique details offered by Quadrel Realty Group
- Assist with marketing activities, including contributing written and visual content, and utilize social media to promote the property
- Engage the co-brokerage community to encourage showings and sales, including but not limited to broker open houses, webinars, office “roadshows”, and the like
- Record and organize lead follow up, lease activity, and customer tracking data in our databases to ensure accurate reporting to investors and team members
- Ensure that property, grounds, and model unit(s) are in optimum showing condition at all times
- Process applications and lease agreements with attention to detail
- Ensure lease agreements and all supporting paperwork are distributed and maintain communication with Property Manager to ensure timely signing and execution of lease agreement
- Conduct inspections and walkthroughs as needed for tenants throughout the move in process
- Maintain great relations with new residents to ensure their satisfaction beyond move in, to lead to a seamless property management turnover, and generate referrals for future business
- Create a referral program to help drive new tenancy
