Key Responsibilities :
- Chatbot Development : Design, develop, and deploy Q&A chatbots using Azure Bot Services and Azure Cognitive Services tailored for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and optimize chatbot conversation flows, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and effective in meeting business objectives.
- Deploy and manage chatbots across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and web-based interfaces.
- Build custom connectors and integrations to enable chatbot interaction with proprietary or external systems and services.
