- Lead and coach Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
- Facilitate the integration of SAP systems and processes within Agile frameworks.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate sprints, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Foster collaboration within the team and across different departments.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team performance.
- Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Continuously improve team processes and practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Possess a strong understanding of SAP systems and tools, and how they integrate with Agile methodologies.
- Regular Travel is required in the project. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years as a SCRUM Master or in a similar role.
- Detailed understanding of Scrum framework, including core ceremonies like Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
- SAP Experience: Experience working with SAP systems and processes.
- Strong leadership mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, etc.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Fast learner, time management, and multitasking skills.
