Job Title: Software Developer Job Type: Full-time Rate: $80,000 per annum Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software platforms.

Architect and implement scalable IT solutions for complex business systems and high-volume transactions.

Lead the development and modernization of platforms to enhance user experience, security, and scalability.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time analytics, automation, and security tools.

Develop and optimize cloud-based solutions using platforms like Azure, AWS, and DevOps methodologies.

Implement real-time data processing and distributed systems for high-performance applications.

Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce software design best practices.

Define and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) for software development, IT governance, and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in .NET Core, Microservices, SQL, Redis, Kafka, Azure, AWS, and DevOps tools.

Platform Development: Experience in building and optimizing high-performance platforms and transaction processing systems.

Software Development: Expertise in designing scalable, high-performance distributed systems.

Leadership & Agile Methodologies: Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing projects using Agile frameworks.

Data Management & Security: Strong knowledge of encryption, access control, fraud detection, and secure data handling.

Compliance: Familiarity with industry regulations and security standards.
