What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Branch Manager position at Quail Construction LLC?
General duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Branch Manager in the oversight of all branch operations.
- Supervision of staff.
- Ensuring quality control.
- Ticket/quantity review.
- Oversee scheduling and dispatch of drivers.
- Logistics for job equipment.
- Inventory control.
- Assist in hiring, counseling, and termination of branch employees.
Requirements:
- Previous traffic control experience is required.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Displays strong organizational skills.
- Motivated with an excellent work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Possesses excellent leadership skills.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and credibility.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle report and criminal background check.
- Driver’s license required.
