Assistant Manager

Location: 948 Airport Blvd, Morrisville, NC

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting in hiring, training, and supervising employees
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies
• Assisting in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized store

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
