Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance tasks, including landscaping, mechanical repairs, and general upkeep. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
Experience is a plus but not necessary. We are a drug free workplace and an equal opportunity employer. We also offer a retention bonus after 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings, grounds to ensure optimal beautification of our landscape areas.
- Planting, weeding, trimming, raking and other general garden upkeep.
- Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, digging, and ensuring the health of trees on the property.
- Operate hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the enhancement of the aesthetics of our grounds.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to operate hand tools safely; experience with power tools is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Be able to list 50 lbs or heavier.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Team player
- Prior experience in maintenance or landscaping roles is preferred but not required.
