Job Summary
As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for opening and closing procedures as well as ensuring member/guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. We are a small but busy casual Golf Club. Must have a positive attitude. Teamwork is a must.
Responsibilities
- Work as a team on opening and closing side duties
- Keep a clean work environment throughout your shift
- Be efficient when inputting drink and food orders in POS
- Follow all food and beverage safety and health guidelines
- Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell additional beverages or menu items
- Explain specials . Take drink and food orders. Bussing
- Help with set up and break down with all events, etc.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol intake and prevent overconsumption
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
Experience
- Prior experience in serving/ bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of Jonas POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate order processing
- Experience in fine dining or retail environments is beneficial
Qualifications
- Able to adjust to schedule due to various events throughout the season
- Strong customer service skills in a hospitality setting
- Ability to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills for a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
