Your Role as theMDS Coordinator RN :
Americare SeniorLiving is seeking a dedicated MDS Coordinator RN to coordinate MDS assessmentsper federal guidelines. In this role, you will ensure residents receive qualitycare and a home-like environment while supporting their families. You will alsohelp maintain facility standards and assist the Director of Nursing withinspections, care planning, and staff support.
What You'll Do :
Physical Demands :
This positionrequires standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds and using equipmentfor resident care. Safety procedures, including two-man lifts and the use ofmechanical lifts, are essential for ensuring the safety of both staff andresidents.
