Position Summary:
Assist with daily management of treasury activities for the corporate organization including liquidity, debt management, cash forecasting, cash repatriation and reporting requirements. Support Global Finance and Treasury initiatives including that of Global Insurance programs. Reports to the Treasury Manager.
Job Accountabilities:
- Responsible for prior and current day bank activity reporting and assist with the daily cash forecast.
- Obtain daily swingline interest calculations and update the BOA Debt Summary with applicable rates.
- Obtain debt related interest and principal invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation of Treasury related schedules as required by Financial Reporting/Accounting.
- Assist Treasury team with cash repatriation process; keep track of relevant documentation and confirmation of incoming cash.
- Partner with Treasury Manager in global bank account administration duties including bank account access, the opening/closing of bank accounts, KYC process, bank fee analyses and tracking of bank account signers.
- Support the Treasury Manager with reporting requirements including debt covenants and SOX controls.
- Provide central support for regional ad-hoc foreign currency spot transactions and other global initiatives.
- Participate in executing trades related to the FX hedging program and ensuring all required documentation is saved.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of the companys intercompany netting program.
- Coordinate the issuance of insurance certificates at renewal and as requested throughout the year.
- Work with Insurance Risk Manager to obtain, validate and organize exposure and loss data for insurance renewals.
- Work with EHS, HR and Risk Manager to report new workers compensation claims and obtain employee information for the claims administrator.
- Maintain a policy tracker and work with brokers to ensure receipt of all policy documents within 30 days of renewal.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and analysis.
Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Risk Management. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred but not required.
Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience

3-5 years of treasury, finance, accounting and/or risk management experience
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of cash management, debt management and banking relationships.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance for publicly traded companies.
- Knowledge of risk management.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
