The Talent and Development Senior Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of global talent processes and programs aligned to the HR and enterprise strategy. They provide specialized knowledge of Organizational Development and Learning principles. Spearheading one or more talent practices, they guide HR and business leaders on practical approaches to Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Planning and Change Management. The person in this role may also manage employees who are located in multiple countries. They are a trusted advisor, possessing consultative skills and advocating for opportunities to integrate, coordinate and simplify to better meet the needs of the business.

What Will You Do?
- Serve as the global lead for one or more talent practices such as Learning and Leadership Development, Performance Management, Talent Assessment and Planning. May be responsible for re-designing the approach and process.
- Assist with the development of the rest of world Talent Development strategy and may have direct management responsibility for employees in multiple countries.
- Operate as an internal consultant with HR and Business Leads to identify and address talent development needs.
- Design, develop and deliver learning and development programs for employees and leaders, as well as bespoke business programs as needed.
- Support the implementation of a competency framework and integration into key talent practices.
- Conduct needs assessments and leverages stakeholder feedback to inform deliverables and continuous improvement approaches.
- Partner with the talent team, HR, and departments to support the activation of talent processes and programs locally.
- Provide thought leadership on a range of topics, including performance enablement, leadership development, career and succession planning and learning investment plans.
- Manage vendors who are responsible for partnering to deliver talent development solutions.
- Develop and maintains metrics to gauge the success of learning programs and enable data driven decisions.
- Support additional learning programs within adjacent functional groups (compliance, safety, procurement, etc.).
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Organization Development or related field
- Certification in assessment and psychometric tools preferred
- 7 years' experience in learning and organization development
- 3 years' experience leading in a global, matrixed organization with direct management of employees located in multiple countries
- 3 years' experience facilitating in-person and virtual training in a business environment
- Experience leading the performance management process on a global scale preferred; experience re-designing this process a plus
- Experience implementing competency models and related development programs preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; expertise with PowerPoint. Ability to distill information down into simple, easy to follow presentations to educate employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong facilitation, coaching and training/platform skills; experience with conducting needs analysis, learning program design/development and delivery; deep understanding of organization development and group dynamics
- High level of consultation, collaboration and service orientation, supported by excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop pragmatic business-minded solutions with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong project management, budgeting and vendor management skills
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Math Ability: Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent, and to draw and interpret metrics/reports
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning suites
